Emily Hughes, MPS, LCAT, ATR-BC, Clinical Lead/Psychotherapist Emily earned her Masters Degree in Art Therapy and Creativity Development from Pratt Institute. Prior to her graduate studies, she received her Bachelors degree in Art Therapy and Psychology. Emily provides a non-judgmental and supportive therapeutic environment to help individuals on a path to growth, awareness, and development of effective coping skills. She works collaboratively with individuals regarding treatment needs and believes in a multi modal approach using Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Her areas of experience involve working with a diverse population with issues related to depression, anxiety, self esteem, LGBTQ+, and challenging adjustment issues.
