    Alexandra Sechler, MA, LCAT-LP is a limited permit Arts Therapist with a master’s degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology & Art Therapy from Naropa University. She has worked in various settings, with people of all ages and abilities. Some of her experience has included working with teens in a wilderness therapy program, women living in a domestic violence shelter, young adults in a university counseling center, and leading art-based groups for adopted elementary-age children and their siblings. Alexandra has helped clients struggling with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief & loss, learning differences, family/relationship conflict, and major life transitions. Alexandra is committed to creating a safe space, free of judgment, where her clients can begin to explore life’s challenges with the support of an ally. She trusts in the power of art to shed light on difficult emotions and support the healing process.
